Took 25 minutes to receive 1 happy meal hamburger and it was wrong. Daughter took it back in to get correct order and got it but they refused to give us the receipt so we could rate their service! And would not answer the phone!But I will find a way to complain to corporate as there were a total of 8 cars waiting for their orders in the curbside spots

The construction around this location is just awful with trying to get into the location, but that is not McDonald's fault. I just want to note this for anyone reading this review so that they are prepared to circle a bit. Just go through the IHOP parking lot and weave around to get to McD's.Drive thru was very quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Order was correct.

Come inside to let my child play on the aground and the people never called us for our order and it sat there and got cold, they had no lids for our adult drinks and when we went to the counter to ask for ketchup the manager looked at us 3 times and continued to ignore us not to mention how filthy the bathrooms are

Although, most of us do not expect the greatest dining experience in a fast food restaurant, but we do expect the visit to be pleasant. We ordered from the value meal and of course the famous number 1, Big Mac. All sandwiches were served on dry dry bread, already giving a sour taste to each bite. But how the patties, cheese and onions were placed inside made it look like a disaster scene. Ketchup literally all on a quarter of the hamburgers. The Big Mac had more sauce in the sandwich box than on the actual burger. We specialize one hamburger with ketchup and pickle. The first time it came with onion and mustard. But they remain it. This time onion ketchup and mustard. The third time it came with only onion. WTHeck?

Had a very bad interaction with one of the managers before finishing my first order she cut me off and started another order and was going to make me go threw the drive threw 2 different times and when I told her that I wasn’t done with the first order she said well your just going to have to deal with it and started off the order rude. This isn’t the first time I have dealt with this location before recommend going to the Sapulpa one instead this location is a lot nicer and more professional

Ordered Doordash from this location after driving almost 14 hours to Tulsa. It was midnight. 3 separate drivers got to the location and they never made our order. Waited almost an hour and still didn't have my food. It's a mcdonalds........it's not like we are asking you to cure cancer......do your job.

Came through at a busy time. Line was long and barely moving. We didn’t care, we waited. Ordered no salt on the fries, understanding we will have to wait. When we got to the second window, the lady was very rude. Said it would take a few minutes. Again, understandable. Came back with our food, said we put them out with asking for no salt on the fries and that cleaning the area is a lot of work. She was loud, hateful and unprofessional. We didn’t complain about the wait time, the line was barely moving and people were leaving the line before we even ordered so I know we were not the reason for the hold up. Customer service is awful.

Service at the Sand Springs McDonald's is terrible, cold food, wrong food for us and several customers, they are very rude, and they make you stand in front of counter forever before they help you.
