Very cute place, food was delicious, dessert wonderful and coffee was great. Our server , let me just says he was on top of it and very kind. Definitely will go back.

This restaurant is horrible. This was our second attempt to try and enjoy it. We had to ask three times for silverware after we had our appetizers, they were cold by the time we got silverware. No offer to remake them since they were cold. Although the table next to us got silverware when they were seated. Cheese curds are insanely spicy and the restaurant only offers spicy ranch (which they ran out and had to make some, so we couldn’t use ranch with our cheese curds) but nobody told us that the ranch is only spicy either. After ordering our meals, the server told us approximately 10 minutes after that you were out of Tomato Bisque. Insane to be out when you have a very limited menu, reservations until 9, and the busiest time of year so you should be prepared. One person in our party ordered the steak medium rare, and it was fully done. Someone ordered a side salad, and that was quite a joke. It was the size of a saucer, and of course the ranch (which wasn’t explained to us) was spicy. After two horrible tries to what is supposed to be a great restaurant I would never go back, and I would never recommend this place to anyone else. Manager was awful, and the service was sub par. We shouldn’t look over and see the servers on their phones. Not one thing was offered to make all of the nonsense okay. Overpriced and a horrible waste of time and money.

Terrible service and we didnt even get to sit at a table. Was told 30 minutes and that turned in to an hour and a half to be told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes and that they needed 5 to 6 minutes to get their list together to get a better idea of where we fell on the list. A couple before us waited over 2 hours and never made it to their table. In that 3 and a half hour time there was one table that never had anyone sat at it. It was a low top 4 seat table. I had even suggested sitting us at that table due to them sitting another group so close to that table that the groups would have been right on top of each other. I understand food service and the hospitality industry. I was extremely patient I waited until 10 minutes after my original quoted time to check our place in line and told them that was fine. We were told there were two groups ahead of us. Watched as numerous other groups including numerous two top groups get sat, and then checked in again at an hour and 15 minute wait to be told there were 5 groups in front of us and of those 5 groups 2 groups of 2 in front of us. I would suggest not using paper and integrating your waitlist with your online reservation list and always quoting your patrons double what your hostesses tell people as it will likely still be longer than that, or don't take reservations on Fridays and Saturday evenings when you are located in the middle of an extremely busy holiday attraction. Tanner (the "manager") may need to take some lessons in management and how not to be rude to their patrons who had been extremely patient given the timelines his staff told them. I would say next time we will try it out by making a reservation, but we likely will not try again.
