App said order was ready for pick up.. went to drive thru.. the girl said all online orders have to be picked up inside in the cubby(which is dumb) .. so I go inside to pick up my order that was uploaded to be ready and “in the cubby” .. it WAS NOT . Terrible and it's probably there Manager or company policy but when your customer drives 30 minutes from Holdenville to KFC just for chicken then you tell him he can't order 4 drum sticks original thats sad like really we are paying let us get what we want!

First a very disrespectful first of all Ms. Kassie, she got a rude tone and said "you dont need to throw your card" when we simply handed it to her! Then when our food was brought out we asked for a managers name so we could say something and Mr Ginger Man with a. "BAD" Tattoo didn't even care he simply got disrespectful and laughed as he walked away. As we checked our food we realized they didn't give us part of it so we went inside and asked for it, as we did we were stared at! 0/10 very disrespectful people

Terrible service. Nasty evening employees.I'm handicapped and can't walk. I ordered on app and went to speaker and told them that my order was on the kfc app. We spent 7 minutes arguing that it was against policy to give KFC app through window and he insisted I had to come in. It is a huge hassle to get my chair out and go in. They finally said to pull up to "his" door and he'd bring it out. I guess it is faster than passing it out the window?!&$ They finally brought it out with no straw so I asked if I could have a straw. He said NO. I backed up to window humiliated already to get a straw. The "manager" asked me how I could get to my cat and drive if I couldn't walk. OMG. Illegal per ADA And this guy doesn't even know that people in chairs can drive. Cold food by this time and illegal and uneducated employees
