Ordered online. App said order was ready for pick up.. went to drive thru.. the girl said all online orders have to be picked up inside in the cubby(which is dumb) .. so I go inside to pick up my order that was uploaded to be ready and “in the cubby” .. it WAS NOT . Of course… smh … then the employees ignored the fact that I was standing there .. there were also people waiting in line to order that were also being ignored .. the first person that was standing in line walked...read full review
Terrible and it's probably there Manager or company policy but when your customer drives 30 minutes from Holdenville to KFC just for chicken then you tell him he can't order 4 drum sticks original thats sad like really we are paying let us get what we want!
