Went thur the drive thur and was there for over 15 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me and it took them for ever to take care of the first car and the second car was there for about 3 minutes so the drive thur needs better people working it because when I left there was a line of cars about 6 or 7 waiting.
Haven't eaten Braums in a few years, and boy, have they gone downhill, or maybe it was just this one? Buns were cold, cheese wasn't melted, and fries were under cooked. Not to mention, the order was ready before we left the counter, so it wasn't cooked to order like it used to be. The strawberry shake was made from a premix with no strawberries and lots of red coloring. It's just horrible if you ask me. We were very impressed with the energy of the crew. The young man taking orders was friendly and skilled. Everyone was moving efficiently, our takeout was ready in less than 5 minutes.
