Place is filthy. Tables and floors. Took 15 minutes to get to order food and half of it was old. Watched the counter lady take money, not wash her hands, and throw chicken in the fryer. Half fresh fries half old brown fries.

Had to have them fix my order 3 times for one sandwich. They even argued about what the app said the ingredients were. They gave me a stale and even cold fries. Throughout all this chaos I ended spending thirty minutes in front of their store waiting on my sandwich because I had gone through the drive thru to begin with. In the third try, she gave the bacon she had already forgotten, (which at this point I still received onions)THE BACON SHE HANDED ME TO PUT ON MY NEW SANDWICH WITH VEGGIES ANYWAY, BURNT MY FINGERS TRYING TO PUT IT ON THE SANDWICH BECAUSE SHE COULDNT CHANGE GLOVES!!!HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! This is the third time in 4 months it’s happened to me. A request for no veggies is not that difficult.

I don't normally write reviews but my last visit rubbed me the wrong way. I went to order food with my partner, I asked for chicken and was told that they turned the fryer off, a full hour before closing time but the charboiled options are still available. I've worked food and customer service, I understand working ahead, getting things ready to close before closing but an hour is unacceptable! I love Carl's Jr but this location is nothing but constant disappointment, won't be returning.
