So disappointed with this Chili's. The service was great. The food was NOT. We had the southwest chicken salad and old timer burger. The burger was smashed down so thin you could see thru it. It was way over cooked and over salted. The salad was just iceberg lettuce, a bit if pico, sliced avocado on the side and a handful of tortilla strips on top. No dressing of any kind, I had to ask for it. The el presidente margaritas had way too much ice..... we spent over $53 for this for 2 of us?!! Overpriced as well for this awful food. Shame on you Chili's.

Our waiter Austin was the best waiter we have had since coming to Chilis. He is friendly, prompt and extremely helpful.
This location has improved significantly since my last visit last year. Although I've ordered to go on many occasions and the food is consistent, the dine-in experience has been rough. I am happy to say that our server was very attentive, friendly, and personable. Food came out quick and was very well prepared, tasted great (lunch chef did it right). I notice an improvement in the person-ability and capability of the wait staff and host. everyone seems experienced and on the ball. AND the place was clean. Only issue was the floating booths and stationary tables on the west side of the building. I was cramped in one side and had to wait for the folks behind me to leave so i could scoot the booth back. otherwise, this chilis has got it together. Keep it going!

They like bumping the music like it’s a club but other than that we always have a good visit. I love the explosion tortilla salad with some honey chipotle crispers.
Food was good when it was brought out a second time. There was a misunderstanding in the kitchen on my order so it came out different than what I ordered.They fixed it properly and it was great. Skillet queso came out ice cold Needed to be reheated.
Birthday lunch. Food was really really good. Had great staff. Nice to enjoy a good meal. It's been hit or miss for so many places. Highly recommend ? ? ?

Unreal...Called in a takeout order. Drove into Shawnee 20 minutes one way. They didn't have the order, then had me stand in a line to make my order. After another 15 minutes.. they were unable to enter my order in the system. No manager helping them.
