this is nothing personal to the local panda express in Stillwater. Their service is good and the atmosphere is nice and clean. My biggest complaint is that I am allergic to walnuts and my favorite dishes like the chili shrimp have been barred from me to eat for seemingly no reason. It was replaced by the walnut shrimp and it was truly upsetting. This is so unfair to those with allergy restrictions, as I’ve already had a reaction to a different order. It's not bad. Not my favorite, but my husband likes it. I like the chicken egg rolls and chow mein. The rice is pretty flavorless, no fault to the employees of course - they cook what they're told to. It's always very clean inside, including the bathrooms. Good service, and it didn't take too long either.
