if i could leave no stars i would. ordered a pick 2 with veggie sandwich and tomato basil soup, got constantly interrupted the whole time while ordering, then pulled up to the window and got told AFTER paying “the tomato soup is frozen right now” i ask how long it will take to cook and got told i can come back tomorrow and get it. what??? there was no line in front of us so i'm convinced it didn’t get made because of gross negligence. i ask for a refund which they say they can’t do so they offer to just give me another half of the sandwich which is equivalent to a medium sandwich $8.79 while i’m paying $10.99. had to just take the sandwich because they didn’t seem to care to resolve the issue at all. came here to avoid making food at home but ended up so much more stressed than i would making food at home /:

Went in and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and never saw a single employee, did not get to order, and left. Doubtful I will return to this location.

I order @ 41st Street in Yale they charge me $37 of my order but I should payed only $28, until now I never received my refund and the most thing I don’t like that make me mad because she give my order to the other customer she never informed me!!!! I’m waiting for 30 minutes inside in the restaurant then when I ask her she laughing only me and she go inside in kitchen she talk back me and continue laughing towards me and I said I need to talk to the manager but the team leader came out and said there’s no Manager!!!

Great food, but if they raise their prices anymore, the millionaires aren't going to be able to afford eating here anymore. Shrinkflation has hit the ingredients inside the sandwiches here, it looks like too.

My wife gets ill (really sick) if she eats gluten. She likes their sandwiches on gluten free bun. Not every place has gluten free bread for sandwiches. When the drive through clerk hands me the sandwiches, they are never marked which is gluten free in spite of my wife visiting there several months ago explaining how important that is. The staff is always hurried to the point of being rude. They frequently fail to add pickles even though I always ask for them.
okay I will have to admit I forgot how tasty good their food is. now that I remember I will be stopping in more

I always have a good experience around lunchtime. However I visited at this same location in the evening and got an extremely rude cashier. When there was confusion she would get snappy. Didn’t help the uncomfortable atmosphere of hearing her drama all the way from the kitchen to the dining area. Again the lunch time employees are great, but don’t go in the evening.

Always a wait. And young teen staff working. I haven't had the sandwiches here but the Cinnabon is a hit. Have them warm it up and they have pecan cinnamon rolls as well. Drive thru option available.
