I always have a good experience around lunchtime. However I visited at this same location in the evening and got an extremely rude cashier. When there was confusion she would get snappy. Didn’t help the uncomfortable atmosphere of hearing her drama all the way from the kitchen to the dining area. Again the lunch time employees are great, but don’t go in the evening.
Always a wait. And young teen staff working. I haven't had the sandwiches here but the Cinnabon is a hit. Have them warm it up and they have pecan cinnamon rolls as well. Drive thru option available.

My wife gets ill (really sick) if she eats gluten. She likes their sandwiches on gluten free bun. Not every place has gluten free bread for sandwiches. When the drive through clerk hands me the sandwiches, they are never marked which is gluten free in spite of my wife visiting there several months ago explaining how important that is. The staff is always hurried to the point of being rude. They frequently fail to add pickles even though I always ask for them.
