When I came through the door I didn't see any of the employees. The first one who came out walked right past me without so much as a glance. She finally hurried to take my order and the process went smooth. Until I looked in the kitchen area to observe making eye contact with someone I'm assuming was management who seemed as if she forgot where she was for a moment because she gave me all the attitude she could muster up while asking me if something was wrong.... I don't know what's going on with whataburger .... but it seems like they're losing their greatness.We used to love eating a Whataburger, now their food quality is going downhill. We were served cold burgers and fries.Not sure we'll be back.

Had to wait over 25 min to get out food which was rediculas considering there was absolutely no one in the drive through nor the lobby so not sure what was the major delay in timing possibly more hanging out in the kitchen then working.. Not really
