Lucille's Roadhouse is a mixed bag. While the atmosphere and service are commendable, with easily available seating and friendly staff, the food can be inconsistent. The Saturday special, which includes steak and ribs, is a highlight, with the ribs being particularly decent. However, the steak is often small and tough, and the sides can be underwhelming. The orange chicken and baked potato are praised by some, but others may find the cheap lettuce in salads and canned mushrooms a letdown.
