Worst order experience ever. Placed order online with a 45 minute wait. After a hour and a half they couldn't tell me when my order would be ready. Asked for a refund and was told it would be three business days. Had to raise my voice to get them to give me a receipt with a managers signature stating they would actually process the refund. They continually do not answer the phone after dark to take Togo orders and when you drive by there’s not a soul in sight. Just workers behind the counter playing loud music and not working while ignoring the phones going off.

I ordered fries with my order and I couldn’t find my receipt, they gave me fries anyway. The service has been noticeably improved over the last two months. I don’t eat food here but my two kids love it. The key is ordering ahead.Kid-friendliness: Several teenagers were there eating and well behaved.
