Worst experience ever, we ordered the wings online, and went to go pick it up. The guy in the front said and I quote “oh the fryer is turned off, so we don’t have fries” even tho we ordered fries, the wings were so cold. On top of that we had another order, but they cancelled that order. No refund for the fries, cancelled our order on purpose, and gave us free expired brownies. Never going here again

This is by far the worst Wingstop ever. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Orders wrong Everytime, takes 45 min to get your order even on a slow day and there is always tons of staff in there. They forget items and say oh sorry we can't refund it but we can put your name in a book for a free item. Like no thank you. You guys can't even keep track of an order on a screen that literally shows what should be in the bag. I will never ever go here again and will be contacting corporate over the absolute horrendous staff and leadership at this location. Run by a bunch of idiots. For how much they charge for wings it better be right every single time. Completely unacceptable

I always order online. The chicken is good most of the time... They do mess up sometimes but with a little communication they always fix the problem and I end up leaving satisfied. I appreciate them correcting their mistakes in a professional matter. The customer service is there which is rare nowadays. This is by far the best location in my opinion.

I called ahead and still had to wait over an hour, the workers were on their phones and didn’t acknowledge the customers, they were handling the cash register and going in the kitchen with no gloves and if that wasn’t enough already… our wings weren’t cooked thoroughly! This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed with this location.
I ordered takeout from here tonight and the quality was appalling. I got the garlic parmesan wings and there was no sauce on them. Just dry, cold, bare greasy chicken. I got the fries and they were dark brown color, I assume from dirty grease. They were cold, greasy, and soggy. It was such a waste of money.

I don’t eat food here but my two kids love it. The key is ordering ahead.Kid-friendliness: Several teenagers were there eating and well behaved.
