He was engaging and recommended us foods from Asian origins. Corn dog was a bit late but we still liked the food. Would come here again!“

I’ve been a regular customer here since the soft opening of the store and this is the first time I am treated like this. I hope that the owner will take this matter seriously and do something to improve the customer experience. I pay for my drink, not begging for it. I really like this place so I still keep 5 stars for now. Will update the review when something changes.“
“My friend daughter always talk about bubbles tea. I told her when will come there I would like to drink it. Now I came here. I love that brown sugar with oat milk tea. It’s amazing and awesome. Very good service n great approach to customers. Nice place to dine. Lot of cool drinks n hot drinks available. Cakes , macaroni also here. Totally worth it.“
“Very new store and new on Uber eats but we were sooooo excited that this chain opened up in Pickering! It’s Kung fu tea but not the same menu as in Markham and other Canadian locations. This is the first that has the American menu. Not sure if it is because the time we ordered (near end of day) but lots of out of stock drinks. There was a slight hiccup with the Uber system that made the store only see one drink and they called us to say it was out of stock too. Uber delivered it with just one drink when we ordered 4, so the owners called and made the drinks when the store was already closed. Another drink was out of stock but they made us an alternative drink. They had a worker deliver and refund us the entire Uber order in cash. Very unexpected and great customer service. The drinks were really good too! Looking forward to ordering more! Very impressed with the drinks and most importantly the customer service. Welcome to another good bbt chain here to Pickering!“

“Update: 5 years later, Karen & her husband are still making incredible Thai food. Prices have remained reasonable and the food quality is still exceptional. They have become takeout-only post COVID.This hole-in-the-wall offers no frills fresh and quality Thai food in a mom &pop atmosphere. Definitely recommend for takeout.“
“Very clean inside the store. Wish the staff were more friendly, more polite, and had a friendly customer service approach. Doesn’t even seem like they wanna even be there and do their job but overall the drinks are pretty good. I like it place inside is very clean. Just the staff needs to do better with their approach towards the customer with a smile and the tone and their voice.“
“I dropped by at this Co-Co's location to do a little bit of work and wait for traffic to die down. I truly did have an exceptional experience here. I ordered a mango ice tea which was made to perfection, exactly how I ordered it, as well a deal which was going on!The employees here were also very helpful. I asked one of the staff members to fill up my personal water bottle, he was so nice and considerate. Asking me whether I want ice, as well as rinsing in inside lid of my bottle and outside surface. This small action showcases the level of respect and care for customers.Next the sitting area was very nice. It was the perfect environment to do work in a quiet and comfortable environment. The Wi-Fi password was posted and easily accessible as well. Overall, I only have good things to say about this place!“
“My family and I have been going here for a long time. Daniel and his staff have exceptional customer service. They always greet you with a friendly smile and enthusiastic attitude. Their products are always high quality and incomparable to other famous Bubble tea stores. The pineapple green tea, classic green tea and peach lychee are a big hit for both my husband and myself. My daughter raves about their pearl milk tea and jasmine milk tea. She has tried many other popular bubble tea stores but Ice Babo is by far the best! I have to mention their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of their goods. As a loyal customer, please continue to keep up the great customer service and tasty products!“
