“This is probably one of the best Coco of all the Coco I have been and maybe even the #1 location in Markham. They are fast and efficient at churning out orders and has good friendly customer service :) See a line? Don't let it deter you. They get through the long line super fast. Now that things have opened up, you can now sit in as there is a cool section with tables and seats. One of my favourite drink is still 2 Ladies :) This location is so popular, they sometimes run out of the flavours. Sugar level still taste high so go for less sugar or no sugar. Parking lot is kind of busy so just park further if needed as there is tons of parking. Also this location is convenient to travel by public transit.“

When we went in, the shopkeep had just received two large ubereats orders, and a large family came in right behind us. Working entirely by herself, she was very busy, but still managed to offer us great service with a smile and kept the wait as short as possible. She even offered us some complimentary handmade hard candies, which was a nice touch. My fruit tea had real fruit in it and was very refreshing. The hidden Boba shop specializes in Bubble Tea, Real Fruit Slush, Milkshakes, Juice and Smoothies. They have Egg Waffles, Ice Cream, Hot Dogs, Curry Fish Balls, Popcorn Chicken, and Spring Rolls. Bright lime green window signs advertise specials of the day, including Today's Special - Large Bubble Tea ~ $5.59. Add Hot Dog or Egg Waffle to a Large Bubble Tea ~ $8.99. House Special - Any 2 Large Slush or Smoothie ~ $11.99. The posters worked on me! I opted for the House Special Slush combo - a Strawberry Slush with tapioca bubbles (100% sugar level) and a Mango Slush with tapioca bubbles at full sweetness. “I order from this place on UberEats almost every week. It's one of very few bubble tea places where I like both their milk tea and fruit options. Some places have great real fruit slushies, but their milk tea tastes like something you can make at home. Others have amazing milk tea, but their fruit drinks are artificial. So Its Tea is a place where I can grab one of each to hit the minimum fee and I know I'd love them both. Whether I want something thick or light, sweet or refreshing, they got it! I tend to shuffle between the Pearl Milk Tea with Cake Mousse, Mange Slush with Ice Cream, Orange Milk Refresher, and Grape Iced Tea. I've also tried their Premium Mixed Fruit Green Tea and Peach Oolong Tea when they are buy one get one. My family and friends also like the drinks they get, like the Peach or Watermelon Slush, and Oreo Cocoa Smoothie. Compared to other bubble tea places I order from, I don't recall them every messing up or forgetting something (Example, for Chatime, I've gotten a completely different drink, and didn't get the tapioca I paid extra for more than once. After waiting an hour, it totally dampens your day). Its Tea is consistent and tasty. I hope they stay open and keep expanding. I was just getting into Happy Lemon before they closed, and this place reminded me of them.“

Stepping out of my comfort zone, I ordered a dessert drink called the SMASHED AVOCADO which contains 8 oz of fresh avocado, boba, rainbow & coffee jellies, and is sweetened with condensed milk. The sweetness level was perfect. The dessert itself was super creamy and thick thanks to the smashed avocados. Lastly, the toppings allowed for a fun chew. This was perfect.2. You can never go wrong with a TRADITIONAL ICED Vietnamese coffee! To make it even better, I added coffee jellies for a fun chew. Bambi's version has that classic strong coffee flavor with a good amount of sweetness from the condensed milk to balance, leaving no bitter aftertaste. I am intrigued to try this at a 75% sugar level though to see if I'd like it more.Service was very friendly and the employee was very helpful as well. “Stopped by here quite late with some people after a tech event. It was quite packed, but we were able to secure a table for five. I had the Mango Pomelo Sago Tea, and found it quite enjoyable. It had a nice flavor, a light tea tone, and the pieces of fruit were a definite plus. Considering that it was a snowy day, and I am praising a cold drink says a lot. The location was a bit small, but I would totally recommend Hero Tea if you are in the area.“

“A little expensive, but pretty good! I've heard great things about this bubble tea brand (granted, one of many) and so dropped by when I was in the area. I ordered one of their specialties, the strawberry trupioca. Overall I was quite impressed - despite being a supposed low calorie and low sugar alternative, the pearls had a delicious chewy texture and were not at all inferior to the traditional tapioca. The drink itself was very refreshing and the strawberry flavour balanced well with the creamy milk tea. Highly recommended to give this a try! :)“
