“Our group, of (four adults and a senior) was running late and decided to grab some food. My brother-in-law lives nearby and recommended the place since he's a regular. (He has a 'go-to' dish, usually the hot turkey sandwich.) The portions are enormous. The prices are more than reasonable. Kate served us and her service was excellent. I had a hot Italian sandwich and mashed potatoes, carrots and turnips which was a nice comfort food. My wife had the hot turkey sandwich. The seniors' menu was just right for the needs of the octagenarian in our group (she had a smoked meat sandwich). The other couple in our group had Chicken alfredo on an impossibly large plate and a wonderful-looking wrap. We had other people waiting at home, so we picked up a pizza to go, (chicken garlic) which was enthusiastically received as 'one of the best pizzas they've had in a long time. (They asked where we had picked it up.) I'm also told that they are under new management.“
