The manager dealt with a hostile, extremely rude and aggressive man mouthing off and tossing slurs around very well. The moment the man turned on a customer he was dealt with. It’s nice to know the manger here will make sure people can sit and eat peacefully and not put up with any ignorant garbage.
We usually go to the McDonald’s in Ancaster Meadowlands but, since it is never an awesome experience and because that parking lot is chaos on the weekend, we skipped past it in favour of this one. So glad we did! Way cleaner, for starters. And the people! I could’ve cried. I’ve never had so many staff be so consistently polite and courteous towards me. Whoever runs this store should give lessons to the other McDonald’s stores in the area.
