“On April 10th I called the Ancaster Dairy Queen looking for a gluten free cake. My son was turning 10 the next day and ice cream cake was his request. They had no gf cakes available but said they can make one but require 24 hours notice. They informed me that, unfortunately, I had just missed the cut off because it was closing time. I completely understood and said I'd figure something else out. The gracious and lovely angel on the line said "No, no. Wait. I'll stay late. I'll put it together now. I know how hard it is to find gf cake options". Above and beyond! We're very grateful and can't recommend enough.“
“The manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond for us. We were having 26 people for a family get together and he's the only Pizza Hut that would bother to take our order and deliver it. It was a $135 order and the Upper James store and the Caledonia store wouldn't deliver to us as we are out of their delivery zone. I talked further to the Ancaster store and we were out of there's too but he came through for us. I just want to say thank you again for making our family get together most enjoyable without anyone having to leave to pick up our delicious pizzas.Laurie and Bob“
“The manager dealt with a hostile, extremely rude and aggressive man mouthing off and tossing slurs around very well. The moment the man turned on a customer he was dealt with. It’s nice to know the manger here will make sure people can sit and eat peacefully and not put up with any ignorant garbage.“
“This is one of the best McDonalds that my family and I enjoy to eat at. We try to make it there once a week. The food is always hot and fresh. 100% recommend. Sometimes there's a wait but we order lots of nuggets so it's expected. Well worth the couple minute wait for hot fresh food.“
“One of my favourite places to grab a quick veggie burger. I honestly think A&W has one of the tastiest vegetarian patties out there! This joint does a great job with it, fast too. Tip if you're really hungry, get 2 beyond meat patties, it's worth it!“
“I order food via drive throu so I do not know how the inside of this Wendy looked like, but the guy who took my order was polite and got my order correct. He did it in a quick and professional manner. “A big Wendy's with large dining area that's usually really quiet.My last visit they didn't have what I ordered but the girl at the counter was very nice and gave me my second choice, a poutine, at no cost which was really nice of herAnd it was a good poutine! Lots of gravy & cheese curds, no complaints.Washrooms and dining area are spotless, plenty of parking.They do have a steady stream of traffic at the drive thru, so maybe walk in if there's a big lineup.I'm a bit surprised they have no USB plugs like most other Wendy's since it's a newer restaurant, but still a good place overall & excellent customer service ?“
“It's McDonald's. What do you expect? The foods good for those craving days. I like me a Big Mac once in a blue moon. The fries need to be eaten fresh. Like right away. If you let them sit at all they're lousy. But hot and fresh they're amazing.“
