“I went to this location just about an hour ago and ordered 5 subs (with some coupons). There was only one staff member working, a nice young lady with her hair tied into a bun. This girl deserves a good amount of recognition from management-- she took her time and made each of our subs very well-- while we were paying, we saw a lineup of about 4 people had accumulated. One large, pompous old man decided to make a scene, asking "what the hell was taking so long?" I hope this dunce knows that his vision obviously isn't top knotch; if he had opened his eyes, he would have noticied that one staff member was working and doing her best. She remained professional through the harassment-- please management, give her a pat on the back for doing the good job she did handling that large order all alone, despite the unnecessary verbal harassment from that oaf of a man.“

“I have been dreaming about this banh mi ever since I tried it. It’s absolutely delicious - they use really fresh ingredients and are really generous with the meat. If you come here, I’d recommend getting the Saigon. The Oink was good but the bbq pork was a bit too sweet for my liking. The Saigon was perfect in every way.For those wondering: The difference between the classic and deluxe version is the amount of meat. Classic has regular amount of meat (which is still a fair amount) and deluxe has extra meat. Classic was enough for me but if you prefer meatier sandwiches, spring for the deluxe!Highly highly recommend this place! Super affordable and delicious!“

“Always a pleasure to go to the Pita pit. Their staff is always polite, and respectful. Always with a beautiful smile. I had my birthday, and they put all the tables together, gave us balloons, made us pitas, and offered to do anything that we needed. Excellent customer service! I would definately reccommend them, for personal and catering events.“

“Fennell subs are great. I go here often. It's got something to do with their sub sauce. I personally think they have the best sub sauce out of all the sub places I have been to in Hamilton. It just gives it that extra kick in the sandwich that you need. The Asian woman who serves me all the time is a sweetheart. She owns the place and works very hard. I try my best to make multiple appearances at her store to help her business. I usually get the "Super Turkey " sometimes a Tuna sub. They have specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I believe. They also give you a stamp card. After so many stamps, you get a free mixed sub.Parking: Small parking lot but fits a few cars and never full“

“yeah sure I'd reccomend to give it a try. this location was great when it first opened as they all are. I ordered from here last night and it was garbage and went IN to the garbage. All the veggies including pickle were old. onions had zero taste. tomatoes with thin n mushy falling apart I gagged and threw it out. wont be having it from this location or the grimsby one either. so disappointing“
