It is the best restaurant among fish and chips I have ever eaten. First of all, clean oil is used, so it's fresh and the tempura is not thick. Handmade coleslaw, crispy potatoes and gravy are the best. They have been running a restaurant in the same place for 10 years. I strongly recommend it if you come to Barrie.
Ordered fish and chips. The fries were cold and dry. Thankfully they skimped on the portions. The fish was ok but again dry and not even warm. Very disappointed.I’ll stick with Danny’s who are consistently good.

Placed an order for pickup and it was just being packed up when I walked in - fish & chips were fresh out the fryer! Food was amazing - so delicious and my fiance said it was the best he ever had! I do have to echo the other reviews it is a bit pricey for the serving size. We got 2 chocolate milkshakes, 2 orders of halibut & chips, 1 small gravy & 1 small coleslaw and with tip it was $75.85.
