I had an unfortunate experience at the Tim Hortons located at 201 Cundles Road East in Barrie, Ontario. Today around at 6 pm.I ordered a Mocha Iced Capp without whipped topping, but the staff charged me an extra 50 cents for chocolate syrup, which I didn't request.Despite my explanation, I paid without argument.However, I later overheard the staff discussing this with their colleagues, making fun of the situation.As a daily customer, I have always been patient and had good experiences...read full review
Been going here for the last 5 years and for the first few years it was good, coffee was always made to order and food quality was good but for the last 2 years the quality has gone down. There have been more times than not that the coffee has been disappointing, some of the service has been rushed when im the only car in line, and it feels like alot of the staff are inattentive to the standards that should be kept up with a chain like tim hortons!
