I ordered a medium veggie pizza from uber and asked for two creamy garlic dipping sauces. They didn’t gave me sauces and I did pay for them. Moreover, I didn’t ask for extra cheese and they added alot of cheese on my pizza. I think they do not know how to make pizza. They use very low quality of ingredients and jalapeño were stale and smells very bad. I just wasted my $34 on such a cheap pizza. I will never recommend everyone to try this pizza pizza store.

They don’t know how to read the order. I ordered for only olive oil to be on the left side as I like the texture but my husband doesn’t but they put all the toppings on the left side. No time to go switch it now but this was very stupid.

Ordered a party size pizza, got home and this was what was in the box. Is this a joke? I understand inflation and all that but if I’m paying $40 for a party size pizza why is it only two thirds the size of the box. Staff is rude and unhelpful, store location is dirty and when I called customer service for support they told me too bad and this is the size they make party size pizzas now. Each slice is essentially two bites. I will never order pizza pizza again and I recommend you do not either!

I love pizza pizza and especially this location. Ordered XL 4 topping as usual, and didn’t even check a pizza till I came home cause I was sure everything gonna be good. When I came home, it was literally half empty. Yeah, all 4 topping was there, but 3 slices was fully empty, and all other barely had any ingredients on it. Huge disappointment

This location showed little (no) regard for the policy they’ve put in place for their establishment in terms of their “delivery in 40 minutes or it’s free” time guarantee they are supposed to have in place. An absolute sham! We were very disappointed in how they conducted themselves in handling the situation and even resorted to saying we were lying, even with the proof we provided for them. Very disrespectful and won’t be returning!
