I used to order my coffee take out from this tim hortons location because it’s closer but every time (I am not even exaggerating) every time they mess up my order. I don’t know what the actual problem is. Is the staff not trained well? Today after so many weeks I thought I might try again but the consistency of how to make a coffee undrinkable still pertains here.

Hours of operation. Management needs to be sure their staff are opening store on time. We commute through Barrie on a dailey basis. Everyday at 5 am when the store should be open the pylons are blocking the drive thru and no lights are on. Either change hours or make sure staff are opening on time.

I had an unfortunate experience at the Tim Hortons located at 201 Cundles Road East in Barrie, Ontario. Today around at 6 pm.I ordered a Mocha Iced Capp without whipped topping, but the staff charged me an extra 50 cents for chocolate syrup, which I didn't request.Despite my explanation, I paid without argument.However, I later overheard the staff discussing this with their colleagues, making fun of the situation.As a daily customer, I have always been patient and had good experiences until today.I hope the staff can improve their customer service and manners.
Its just a great place to visit with friends over coffee and a morning sweet. Welcoming and friendly staff.Please bring back the walnut crueller.

Poor management and ownership. Served a coffee in a cup that leaked all over and ruined an expensive white hoodie. After taking a week to follow up, was told to take it to a dry cleaner. Small claims!

Rudest tim hortons staff I have ever stumbled upon! Most unprofessional rude bunch. Went with a friend and orders coffees and when we came up to the window, I was in passenger seat having a smoke and they put there hands up to cover there face in disgust as if we smelt as they passed our drinks to us. Don't work in window with customers if you don't know how to condone yourself in a professional manner. That ain't it!
