This place is really falling apart. By 6 a.m., people are heading to work, and you couldn't buy a donut at this Tim Hortons to save your life.Imagine that a place that sells and makes donuts for a lively hood and 2 days on a row and none made or ready. What's worse then that they're received baked Tim Hortons just has to heat them up lmaoSorry the Tim Hortons in question is at470 Dundas Street, East, Belleville, ont.Not the one on Dundas Street, West.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. I would also like to thank the staff, for allowing the homeless to sit without judgement. About the only location that is doing their part to be kind...

Friendly woman at the drive thru window, however I ordered an apple fritter and there was a piece of what appeares to be a broken piece of metal from something IN the doughnut. I understand mistakes happen, but still not good at all. Wouldn't go back.

This location is very dirty, the tables and the floorsThe staff are more into random chats amongst themselves than serving customersThere was a homeless male who ordered something and stood staring at the floor for the entire hour we were in the storeIt was mentioned to staff, and they didn't care or do anything except say it's an everyday thingThis makes people uncomfortable, and to have to walk around the male who is in the way is something that should be addressedHe should be asked to move from the line

Well, I went there the other day and ended up leaving. I tried calling several times and got no answer. Then I sent this message to them and still got no answer."I am very disappointed in your service. I waited 8 minutes and still wasn't served. All I wanted was a coffee. I drive school bus so I couldn't wait any longer. Very disappointedThere was one person at the counter. I was next in line. When I left there was alot of people waiting including people using walkers. The line up was out the door.

We stopped into this Tim Hortons to have lunch but were unablce to get served. We waited about 15 minutes without getting served. Several of the staff passed by the order station while we waited as well as others behind us. This was absolutely awaste of our time so we went elsewhere for lunch.

There was a long line for the drive thru and it took me 30 minutes!!! in drive thru until i got my order which was one coffee. The guy at the window gave me my coffee and i started driving then one of the girls in the back yelled that its the wrong one and i was backing up but she was so restless. No patience. Then they gave me the correct order but were too busy talking among them to even apologize for the mistake.

Caught up with a friend here around 8:30 pm. The staff are really personable and friendly. It was also clean. There were some folks who looked like they had some troubles and staff treated them with respect and kindness. That impressed me. These folks were not rowdy, or offensive, just needed a space to sit and get warm and use a bathroom. There were a few, they bought a coffee and did their own thing. I am sure that some folks might not want to see people who look a little rough and worn, but they are human beings just like the rest of us.
