I ordered the grilled chicken wrap for lunch. Chicken was overcooked and dry!I asked if I could have 2 plain timbits for my dogs? "Sure" he said...then charged 35. each! When I said most Tim's offer, and don't charge!"We have new owners now, that's why" was hus respons.I truly hope that this is not the case, perhaps a new employee???Little things go a long way
Fast service. But with no smile until I thanked her for our drinks. Diversity of nationalities working in this location, nice to see! No customers seated inside. Long line up at the drive-thru. Side door is locked, which is an inconvenience as customers who walk over from the gas station have to walk around to the other side of the building. Parking plentiful. Cleanliness 8/10

Caught up with a friend here around 8:30 pm. The staff are really personable and friendly. It was also clean. There were some folks who looked like they had some troubles and staff treated them with respect and kindness. That impressed me. These folks were not rowdy, or offensive, just needed a space to sit and get warm and use a bathroom. There were a few, they bought a coffee and did their own thing.
