“A friend and I had lunch at the Piano Cafe recently. My friend has severe celiac disease with cross-contamination issues. Our waitress promised to let the kitchen know of the severe allergy. Her food was delivered and she was extremely comfortable eating it after the explanation by the waitress. She had no ill effects to her meal. Thank you Piano Cafe for treating my friend so well. We both will be back.”

“Mary Ann and I dined here last week on the recommendation of her cousin and husband. From the moment we stepped in the restaurant we were more and more impressed by the experience. The staff were all smiling and helpful. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu which is quite extensive and priced to accommodate most budgets and tastes. The atmosphere and service is a perfect blend of small town charm and professionalism and our meals were cooked to perfection. P&O will now be our go to when visiting Port Perry. “Stopped by from our road trip from Port Perry for a snack, but ended up with a feast. The cashier was such a lovely and witty lady, and the food was amazing! Fries were unbelievably crispy and perfectly salted, even the ones in the poutine was not soggy at all. We sat and ate at the patio but eventually succumbed to the large portion and had to take home. “Port perry manager Elizabeth is fantastic! I am mask exempt and one of the employees told me to a mask up over my nose! I told her NO. There is mask exemptions for a reason and stores must follow them regardless to what employees or owners feel. Elizabeth read what happened and contacted me immediately. I explained everything to her and she informed me this will be addressed and won’t happen again. She agreed that every customer deserves respect and should be treated fairly without discrimination. I was so shocked and impressed that Elizabeth texted because most companies no a day don’t care! Get out! Or call the cops!. Don’t come back! Thank you Elizabeth for dealing with this employee and making it right to educate her on exemptions! Btw the sub was fantastic as it usually is ! Nice & fresh”

“Operating a pizza oven out of a food truck! Amazing experience. Ordered a Spicy-za and Margherita pizza. Good service just took under 10 minutes to get the food. Truck is parked on Main Street and Queen in Brampton for the lighting of the Xmas ? tree. The pizzas were cooked well from the bottom but was doughy on top even though it was thin. Of course the Spicy-za pizza had the most flavours.”
