In our experience, our drinks are always made correctly at this location, therefore it has become our default Starbucks in Bowmanville. The staff are also kind. Parking and drive-thru can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but that's due to the small downtown
Have always had great service here the couple times I've been, but today I was with someone ordering a honey citrus mint tea (the drink people call a medicine ball or whatever?) and the person who was taking the order (drive thru), had a major shift in tone after the drink was requested.The person I was with is not sick, does not sound sick, or anything involving being sick. I ordered a Venti vanilla steamer with lactose milk, four things of purée, and no whipped cream and got a Grande vanilla steamer, four things of purée with whipped cream and no lactose milk.
