We ordered chole bhature, samosa chaat, and bread pakora — and every single item was full of authentic flavor and tasted top-notch. We also took some Indian desserts (mithai) home, and they were incredible — fresh, rich, and perfectly sweet. The staff was warm and welcoming, and their customer service really made our day even better. The only suggestion I have is to consider expanding the menu — but only in a positive way, because what they already offer is done so well. What really stands out is their consistency. Whether it’s your first visit or your fifteenth, they never disappoint. The taste and quality are always spot on.
In my opinion, they might just have the best parathas in Brampton. If you’re a paratha lover, you need to try this place. Highly recommended!”

“For months we tried to book a reservation and was always booked up. Our aunt from California came and we decided to try and make a reservation. To our surprise, there was availability. We sat outside on the patio as the weather was beautiful outside. Let me just say, my husband who is Portuguese and picky with food, was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food DELICIOUS and a good amount… definitely worth it. I’m Italian, and we eat out quite often, but is 100% the best Italian restaurant we’ve been to in awhile. We will definitely be going back to try out the other dishes. If you do go, try the penne alla vodka, ossobucco and the pizza. You won’t be disappointed”

What really stands out is their consistency. Whether it’s your first visit or your fifteenth, they never disappoint. The taste and quality are always spot on.
In my opinion, they might just have the best parathas in Brampton. If you’re a paratha lover, you need to try this place. Highly recommended!”

“On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, I had lunch at the Mandarin Brampton West Restaurant (Fletchers Creek), with three of my senior friends. The restaurant was packed with celebrating, graduating students. We did not have a reservation, but they graciously accommodated us. Their chairs are low and have no arm rests. I use a walker as I have a back problem which results in mobility restrictions and once seated in the chair, was unable to stand up without considerable effort. When our table’s server noticed this, she tried to find a more suitable chair for me. The Managing Partner, Liana Zheng, got personally involved and fetched a chair with arms and a higher seat, for me to use! Later, when I used the clean, well-appointed, accessible washroom, a staff member discretely, stood outside to ensure that I was not in need of any assistance. The staff’s concentrated efforts to help a disabled old lady, was really appreciated! Even though they were so busy, they treated me with respect and like a valued customer not a burden. Bless them all! The reason we go to the Mandarin is because of the consistently delicious, good quality and variety of their buffet food. From now on, I will go there also because of how well I was treated. I highly recommend this restaurant to all seniors!”
