The service is extremely nice. I was greeted and served by Harman. She was so sweet and courteous with us. I asked so many questions from her and she answered all the questions with a smile and polite attitude and really helped out.

Since A&W started their Maple Leafs promos, we've become regulars. They have good staff that seem to like working there. Jolly is one of their employees who now recognizes and welcomes us. Service is fast and the burgers have never disappointed. One suggestion I have is that they consider having grilled onions as a free topping choice like some other locations.
