The food here is good but they REALLY skimp on the portions. Even at the end of the day when you know the food is just going to waste, they barely put enough food to cover the bottom of the container. It wasn’t even half way full and they even took out a scoop of rice. Really disappointed because I know other locations are not like this at all.
Putting a zero would be my preference. Although I generally avoid eating here, I made up my mind to give it a try. As you can see, my meal contained a dead roach. Out of respect for the staff and in an effort to avoid making a scene, I politely asked for a refund after realizing this. To my surprise, EVERYONE disregarded me.Then I shouted at them to tell them I wanted a refund since my food had a dead insect.
