The food here is good but they REALLY skimp on the portions. Even at the end of the day when you know the food is just going to waste, they barely put enough food to cover the bottom of the container. It wasn’t even half way full and they even took out a scoop of rice. Really disappointed because I know other locations are not like this at all.

Putting a zero would be my preference. Although I generally avoid eating here, I made up my mind to give it a try. As you can see, my meal contained a dead roach. Out of respect for the staff and in an effort to avoid making a scene, I politely asked for a refund after realizing this. To my surprise, EVERYONE disregarded me.Then I shouted at them to tell them I wanted a refund since my food had a dead insect. They all stood up at this point and were telling me to talk quietly since they didn't want the other customers to hear since they were buying food... The employee asked if I want another plate of food. I declined since I didn't see the point in continuing to eat from the same area where I had just discovered a dead bug.They made an attempt to persuade me that the dead roach came from the bag of vegetables rather than their business, but I refused to believe them and informed them that it was still unsanitary because they weren't cleaning their produce or kitchen, even though they were obviously infested.They were initially hesitant to offer me a refund and attempted to give me other options, but when I wouldn't back down and kept bringing up the dead bug in my food, they decided to give me my money back—not out of remorse but rather because they didn't want anybody else to know what had happened.

Very poor service , my box broke so i asked for another empty box to carry whatever is left they charged me money to get an empty plastic container to put my food in and also the bag to carry the leftovers. Proportions were very little as compared to Vaughan Mills location , charging 17$ for a spoonful quantity is pathetic. Also food tasted stale and bad

As a regular customer, I agree with the comments from other reviewers about portion size. Combo 3 comes to over 15 dollars with tax, and the portions have shrunk quite a bit and are now not worth it. The single meat combos may be a better option but the price difference is minimal. I don't agree that the quality has degraded, it was tasty. Maybe just not worth 15 dollars.

Always a bit of a line, but usually moves pretty quickly. Their quality of food has stayed the same for years now, a nice healthy option for when you don't feel like cooking. Only negative thing I cam say is they have switched their containers over to a more planet friendly one [ which is great, don't get me wrong] but have used to as an opportunity to reduce the size of serving that you get now. It's approximately 20 percent less now.
