Horrible service at this location. Everytime I come here they’re always short staffed and I have to wait a long time just to get my order taken and to even get my order, only to receive horrible service. Ice cream was melted to soup and something is always messed up. I asked to swap out chocolate for pineapples on a banana split and was told they could not do so because a staff member was under training, and if we wanted to we would have to pay more when that was never an issue before. Staff seem very unqualified and untrained. Do not go here.

Dear owner,If you are reading this please send 2 more employees ASAP. There is 20 customers in here and one employee. Your single employee does not deserve the pressure and responsibility to deal with all of this herself. Only ever one employee, takes 15 minutes to get two ice creams when you are the only one in the store. If there is a line you better just walk away. This location only ever has one employee in the years it’s been here it has never changed.The quality suffers big time.Will not be coming back.

Worst customer service. Employees are busy chit chatting instead of working and addressing the custom. We waited almost an hour just for a blizzard. Horrible horrible experience.

Majority of the cakes are freezer burned so we have limited options on good cakes.I asked the person at the counter to write happy birthday on the bottom half of the cake so I could put figures on the top but the worker did it on the opposite side. Now if I put any figures on the cake the words will get covered. When I told the worker that he wrote the words on the wrong half he was claiming that we did not tell him. The writing on the cake is very messy (worse than a child who just learned to wrote) and you can't tell where the letters are. It was not a good experience and employees should pay more attention and practice to write words legibly.
