This Dq SUCKS. So unprofessional. They know they have a promo and only one staff. How does that work. They’re slow and not efficient. They need to hire more staff so when things like this are going on the line can be moving faster.
Dear owner,If you are reading this please send 2 more employees ASAP. There is 20 customers in here and one employee. Your single employee does not deserve the pressure and responsibility to deal with all of this herself. Please be more considerate of your service rather than cutting back on salary costs.(Picture doesn’t even have everyone waiting on the side as well)

Horrible service at this location. Everytime I come here they’re always short staffed and I have to wait a long time just to get my order taken and to even get my order, only to receive horrible service. Ice cream was melted to soup and something is always messed up. I asked to swap out chocolate for pineapples on a banana split and was told they could not do so because a staff member was under training, and if we wanted to we would have to pay more when that was never an issue...read full review
