“I mainly stop by Country Style for their donuts. I've had their coffee and it's pretty good too. I know most places just have to thaw/warm up their donuts and no one really takes the time to actually make their baked goods, but I do have to say that CS's donuts are better than Tim's. They're not overpoweringly sweet like the ones from Tim's, they have just the right amount of sweetness. They're also really addicting.The staff at this location are very friendly and welcoming. They also look after the Mr. Sub too.“
“Today I bought my usual coffee and sat down at a window booth waiting for my lift driver to pick me up. The staff at that location have always been very polite they keep it fairly clean, and I look forward to receiving the same service I had today on my next visit. “This is a nice, but busy store in Brampton. The location is a bit of a challenge to get in and out of, but certainly worth the visit. Staff are friendly and helpful, when I had an issue with my Tim's Card on my phone, they helped me sort it out. The coffee and sandwich I had here were delicious.“

He caught a mistake that was made with my order and corrected it most employees would just serve the wrong order trying to get to the next customer, but not Ronaldo he made sure every customer is satisfied before moving on to the next. “I'm a drive-thru customer. The gentleman who takes your order (mornings, usually) is very clear to hear and very easy to understand.The ladies at the window are very pleasant (not sure if it's bc they 'know' me.)Mid-Jan was my birthday, and on my app, it said, "The Birthday Treat is not applicable to you." That was it, no reason.I still went to Timmys (drive-thru) and ordered my reg Med Iced Coffee made with milk, extra base. I got to the window and inquired with the lady why the birthday treat wasn't applicable to me, even though it was my actual birthday? (I had my driver's licence & app ready to show if needed). The lady got another lady to come to the window and told her what I had said, she looked at me and handed me my Iced Coffee and said "I'm sorry that happened, enjoy your birthday Iced Coffee, Happy Birthday." I said,"Wow, thank you very much!" And I drove off.Thanks, ladies!**Would love Tim Hortons in general to have the option of adding our rewards number on Skip, Uber and Dash delivery orders, like other restaurants allow**Parking: It's a strange lot. But parking I'd available for free.*If you park yo go in, you'll probably walk though smokers on the 'patio', it's gross to walk through cigarette smoke.**Be careful of the homeless around they're harmless but will stop to ask for money. (Even while in the drive-thru, they bug you)Unfortunately, it's an issue with this plaza/area.“
“Excellent service and very friendly staff. This is a much smaller Tim Hortons location inside Metro and they don't have a full menu here. They only have some donuts and some bagels and they don't sell any lunch items but they do have most or all of their hot beverages sold here which is convenient.“
“This location is very busy this time in the morning. There was about 10 staff and they were doing well keeping up with the orders.We dined in. It would have been great if we had a way to clean our tables when we were finished as there didn’t appear to be enough staff to clean tables once customers leave. Overall great experience.“
