Rip off when you do a Drive Thru. UNBELIEVABLE that they do a day light rip off. Ordered for a Chicken pop or and 3pc chicken with 2 Hot and Spice and 1 original. Not only did they switched it, the pieces that gave, 2 were ok and the 3rd was just a big piece of batter. Chicken pop corn was not filled too much too.. Sorry, not sure if this what is expected out of the owner to rip off drive thru's cos they generally check the food after getting home.

Second time I ordered MACARONI salad!!! Once was pickup and this time was delivery…..instead of 2 large macaroni salads they sent fries and coleslaw (which we don’t like)…..if you try calling this location they do not answer ever! No matter what time it is. How difficult can it be to get an order correct????

Employees not at all friendly very straight forward. They never have fried chicken hot and crispy one. Inwas told by staff that they have guidelines from serior management and their store manager RAJAT that dont make hot n spicy crispy chicken after 5pm. I am gonna wrote this email to kfc management and have this verified. It doesn’t make any sense that this is true because they close at 10 pm but stop making it at 5 pm. Weird!!

I honestly hate this place when I was 12 going to this place I payed for my food and everything was going ok and the next day I go back ask for a special and I waited for 6 or 7 minutes and then the guy came and said your card is declined like bro I literally wasted my time over waiting for so long and I really hope this place shuts down people the people who are working their have a staring problem and they always give me rude looks like I didn't do anything and they are doing this who ever is out their can someone shut down this place because I literally don't want to come here again

Worst chicken I have ever had from any KFC anywhereSkin was soft, soggy and greasy. And when you picked up a piece to eat, the skin slid right off in your hand. Macaroni salad was good and fries were OK, but I sure won't be back since, after all, the chicken is the main event. September 22, 2023
