It’s a shame that people work in environments where customer service should be the main priority but, lack immensely in that specific area. My first time visiting this location and definitely the last.
Second time I ordered MACARONI salad!!! Once was pickup and this time was delivery…..instead of 2 large macaroni salads they sent fries and coleslaw (which we don’t like)…..if you try calling this location they do not answer ever! No matter what time it is. How difficult can it be to get an order correct????

Rip off when you do a Drive Thru. UNBELIEVABLE that they do a day light rip off. Ordered for a Chicken pop or and 3pc chicken with 2 Hot and Spice and 1 original. Not only did they switched it, the pieces that gave, 2 were ok and the 3rd was just a big piece of batter. Chicken pop corn was not filled too much too.. Sorry, not sure if this what is expected out of the owner to rip off drive thru's cos they generally check the food after getting home.
