I remember when this restaurant open in 1985 ,it was the biggest thing Hartlake ever saw ,and it was the place to be for decades ,and now it is a shell of what it used to be ,the owners are millionaires now they don’t care.
Not once has my order been wrong in any way or missing anything which is insane because anytime I go to any other McDs I’m always missing or given wrong items or sauces. Staff is always so friendly also! Best location.

The service at this location is very slow, especially during the dinner rush on Fridays and weekends. We ordered Big Mac's and Happy Meals and the burgers were poorly made, with all the ingredients falling out. They always forget the sauces in the Happy Meals, as well. They definitely need to hire more people or at least train their workers to communicate better to improve their customer service.
