I had a bad experience they did not give us the bread we required service was bad did not put enough veggies for veggie sub customer service was horrible . I would not go there again. I have ordered five subs. They definitely lost me as customer .
My favorite Mr Sub location to visit! They always make you feel very welcome, like family and remember your order.10/10 recommend to anybody who loves subs :)They even have a convience store if you need anything else !!! Great place ?

I really appreciate the customer service at the Mr Sub on King George rd in Brantford. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I came a little late and they could have locked their doors but chose to take my order. I was so relieved. The thing is that they didn't seem upset and actually made me feel welcome. I was told that I should get there earlier but I figured that. Great job to the 2 men that work there.
