I really appreciate the customer service at the Mr Sub on King George rd in Brantford. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I came a little late and they could have locked their doors but chose to take my order. I was so relieved. The thing is that they didn't seem upset and actually made me feel welcome. I was told that I should get there earlier but I figured that. Great job to the 2 men that work there.

I had a bad experience they did not give us the bread we required service was bad did not put enough veggies for veggie sub customer service was horrible . I would not go there again. I have ordered five subs. They definitely lost me as customer .

The cashier made my chocolate brownie felt down with the bag open and picked it up and folded the paperbag and gave it to me...how NASTY is that !!! Totally against your food handling training, will be reporting this to your health inspector...CASHIER NEEDS TO GO GET HER FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATE!!
