If i can give zero rating will definitely choose that option. i was out of my mind when i saw a cashier (girl) took cash from two customers and give them change back right after me and start making my food ( Sandwich and wrap) with same gloves. When i ask her to change she confidently replied me back the they have less staff so no time to change gloves and rudely put me food on the counter. The employees needs to be trained allot more . The attitude that a girl at window Gurneet has is really bad . I have been trying to order the food and she kept on giving the attitude . That not how you want to be treated when you are paying for service . I have been to many places but never had experience life this in my life.

Not the worst Tim’s I’ve been to but they almost always mess up my order or take way too much time to focus on drive through and not in person customers. It’s sometimes clean sometimes not and some cashiers can be pretty rude.
