Not the worst Tim’s I’ve been to but they almost always mess up my order or take way too much time to focus on drive through and not in person customers. It’s sometimes clean sometimes not and some cashiers can be pretty rude.

If i can give zero rating will definitely choose that option. i was out of my mind when i saw a cashier (girl) took cash from two customers and give them change back right after me and start making my food ( Sandwich and wrap) with same gloves. When i ask her to change she confidently replied me back the they have less staff so no time to change gloves and rudely put me food on the counter. Instead of making new order or sorry she showed bad attitude . When i asked to refund my order she was even more rude and loud . I never get my food and money. Just let me know who is going to give my money back .

The employees needs to be trained allot more . The attitude that a girl at window Gurneet has is really bad . I have been trying to order the food and she kept on giving the attitude . That not how you want to be treated when you are paying for service . I have been to many places but never had experience life this in my life.

Worst customer service ever. Aged lady with glasses was very rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to speak at all, she was looking at me like I did something wrong. If they really can’t treat there customers right they should not be working in customer service. Will not recommend at all. While posting this review I saw so many other people saying same thing. I don’t think the owner is taking this issue seriously.

Very rude staff we asked for wedges thay said we have to wait we went back they said we had to wait another 10 minutes we went after 10 minutes and they said they are still not done very disappointed. ??
Definitely zero for service. Extremely rude server. I don’t know on what criteria do they hire people for customer service when these people don’t even know have the manners. This girl named Simran (m not even sure if that’s her real name), asked me for how m I paying. I clearly mentioned that Tims app is taking time to open for me to pay, and in Punjabi she replied rudely. When I went to see the manger inside the store, even the manager was not there. Worst experience ever. Seems like they need to be trained how to do customer service or else such bunch should not be hired to be the face of that location. Worst worst location of the Tim Hortons by far. And looking at the other reviews, its definitely the worst people working there.

I really want to share my experience about this tim hortons. I agree that the staff are really rude even taking orders. Once they see any Indians or their community, people they are rude. I have experienced this for two of my orders that the girl who took my order was nicely talking to the other person while taking orders.

This Timmy's is robbing ppl on portion size. I purchased the artisan sandwiches from several locations and normally get it on the longer ciabatta bread. At thus location twice they gave me a bun that is half the size. The first time they said they were out of the bigger bun. The second time, the girl told me she could remake the sandwich with the bigger bun. They are charging the same price for giving you half a portion less. Will not give them my business again because they are deliberately deceitful.

Very very rude customer serviceIt happen with me 5 or 6 time they always give me wrong order. They don’t listen there is one Indian girl who always give me wrong order. I order begal and they give me wrong begal . I am allergic to that bread . I don’t know what they are going. Also they don’t listen properly regarding order instructions. Last time I order tea and they give me coffee . Worst experience
