I had my worst experience ever. They have the worst staff and the 2 girls in the drive-thru were so rude. When I told them I had an order, both the girls yelled at me and told me to go in the front following to this asked them in a calming way that I waited so long in the drive-thru and could they please give me the order here to which they replied rudely and in an arrogant manner ‘don’t you know you have to come in the front to get your order we are not giving it here’....read full review
Priority and preference to drive-thru customers because of Tim Hortons performance metrics. I was the 4th customer in queue at front counter, they served approximately 14 cars (yes i counted) before I could get to the front counter. They will take orders and leave the customers waiting for their food inside the store and continue to serve drive-thru customers. 80% workforce was dedicated to drive-thru.
