I came through the drive thru and used Scan and Pay as a method to pay for my order. The women at the window said it didn’t go through and i told her I had this issue before and they ended up charging me three times and i got a refund that same day when they made that mistake. This time, i came inside as my mobile banking app was down and i knew they had charged me twice. When i checked (and was right) i went inside, the women was very rude and told me to come back the next day at 2 pm for a refund which i thought was odd as i had gotten a refund before with no problem. I came back the next day later than 2 pm (she said to wait 24 hours as it would refund back into my account) but it never did obviously because the girl working doesn’t know how Scan and Pay works. She then argued with me saying how she said to come in BEFORE 2 pm when she never did (trying to cover her mistake basically lol) and then gave me a refund with no manager present all because she thought i was lying. I don’t understand why I had to wait a day for a refund when she gave me one today no problem, train your employees properly.

I had my worst experience ever. They have the worst staff and the 2 girls in the drive-thru were so rude. When I told them I had an order, both the girls yelled at me and told me to go in the front following to this asked them in a calming way that I waited so long in the drive-thru and could they please give me the order here to which they replied rudely and in an arrogant manner ‘don’t you know you have to come in the front to get your order we are not giving it here’. Also, I don’t know why they were so frustrated. Never going to come back to this outlet.

Priority and preference to drive-thru customers because of Tim Hortons performance metrics. I was the 4th customer in queue at front counter, they served approximately 14 cars (yes i counted) before I could get to the front counter. They will take orders and leave the customers waiting for their food inside the store and continue to serve drive-thru customers. 80% workforce was dedicated to drive-thru. I noticed employees asking for help to maintain in store crowd, however their store-lead was focused on drive-thru. Poor management.

Try to go to another location, the drive thru staff are extremely rude. They literally throw everything at you after you pay and yell next in your face. They cannot repeat order, even when asked to. An always screws up my breakfast orders, starting to feel like it’s on purpose.
