There is definitly some behaviour or cultural shift that might have happened in all Tim Hortons. The smile on the employees face has vanished. The professionalism has taken a dip. Food is the only thing that keep us visiting Tim however the atmosphere has a lot to improve upon.
I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, no bacon, but it came with bacon. Luckily, I checked it before I started eating. I had to return it for the correct order.The floor was being mopped at 10 am while customers were lining up to order.Generally, it's a great place to eat.

Dreadful service in terms of how long it took them to acknowledge me. Took 12 minutes. I ordered a Boston cream donut. Shockingly, there was NO CREAM FILLING inside the donut. What I got was a plain donut with chocolate covering. Beware! This must be an attempt to "cheap out" on the cream filling. Quite disappointed ?
