Dreadful service in terms of how long it took them to acknowledge me. Took 12 minutes. I ordered a Boston cream donut. Shockingly, there was NO CREAM FILLING inside the donut. What I got was a plain donut with chocolate covering. Beware! This must be an attempt to "cheap out" on the cream filling. Quite disappointed ?

Visit this place if you want to know what bad customer service is ....staff in this location are the worst... it make me think as if they are even getting paid coz the way they act is as if they are not getting paid for the job that they do...(treat people how you would like to be treated.....)I don't go in to this place anymore..after long time went back in for a coffee and a crispy chicken, has got worse not any better. The employee brought the frozen bun out and put it in the microwave in front of me and made the sandwich and it took more than 10 mins. I ask the franchises owner to check the CCTV, employees seems to be talking than actually working. These employees don't need a job, give it to someone who actually need a job and want to work.

There is definitly some behaviour or cultural shift that might have happened in all Tim Hortons. The smile on the employees face has vanished. The professionalism has taken a dip. Food is the only thing that keep us visiting Tim however the atmosphere has a lot to improve upon.

Please change your staff. Untrained Aunties working there who dont know how to serve or talk to the customers. Visited on October 16th morning, was told that they were only accepting cash. I confirmed with the cashier before placing the order if they are accepting scan & pay, she said yes. Then i placed my order, scanned and paid. And the lady started to prepare my order. After 30 second, she said you didn't paid as her computer screen was not responding. I logged in to my bank account and saw the transaction, and showed it to her. She kept on saying i cant do anything, and proceeded to talk to her co worker in different language, which i didn't like. In the last i was told to take the order in attitude tone. The worst tim hortons location i ever visited.

Really really bad customer service. I visited here at 6:30am 2-3 times. One old lady was rude who took my order I ordered chai tea latte triple triple for the first time they didn’t added suger and when it was second tym the old lady was rude and she didn’t added sugar even i requested her to add. But she ignored me as she was very rude. I suggest them to change or train the staff or to close this location.

Wish I could give them stars in negative . Every time I saw these two same girls working there giving poor customer service to people coming in . It is my 3rd time visiting to this Tim’s location just because it is near to my home and everytime these two employees will give me the solid reason to think 10 times if I have to visit here ever in future. They don’t care about customers coming in and waiting in line to place an order. May be for these girls, it is not a workplace rather it is their personal cafe where they can ignore anyone else’s presence and keep themselves busy in talking. These two girls can show their low standard unprofessional attitude and may be that’s why people have started preferring coffee from Starbucks. Literally this location serves the old bland worst coffee and that also with no positive gesture. Which tim locations has employees that keep back to their customers while doing nothing except talking. Literally if they keep on serving the people coming at this location with such a filthy atitude, everyone will drive or walk to other nearest Tim’s location to save their day and mood !!!!!!!!
