This is the worst Tim Hortons! HORRIBLE PLACE. SO SLOW and they ignore the customers in line waiting to order. The only reason I go here is because it is close. Takes 15 minutes or longer to get a coffee. They give you the wrong order and they are always out of bacon or chicken!

I went to this Tim Hortons today to get a coffee (March 27) and I waited in line for 10 min with 1 customer in front of me. After waiting in line no one was serving and the employees are talking and laughing in the back while the customers are waiting. I had to go ask if someone was going to serve us and someone finally came and he spoke very rudely. I have never experienced such bad service and rude behaviour. I simply wanted to order my coffee and leave but it is very unfortunate that this happened today. I read some other reviews and noticed a constant theme of bad and rude service. I strongly believe the employees should be trained better and this matter should be looked into it more.

This is for morning shift ladies around 8:30. One them took my order, confirmed and when i got to the window to get it they tried to give me wrong which i refused and then i repeated my order. They tried to portray it was my mistake and i didn’t place the order and i told them that i confirmed it and even had someone corrected it a little miss. They were not apologetic at all instead all 3 ladies who wears headset started to make weird and rude faces. I was not impressed with the customer service at all. They should be given customer service skills training. It takes no effort to be nice to people, no one is asking them to all enthusiastic but at least be humble and respectful.

This store rudely refused to open their washroom.They said it’s not working both their make and female washroom. My suspicion is they don’t want to let their funny looking customers use the washroom. Possibly homeless or unfortunate drug users. It e en looks like there is a secrurity on staff by the door as well. I don’t think they can have people sitting in their place of business unless they have a working washroom.

I cannot believe I’m giving this Tim Hortons a 1 star review. Absolutely rude employees. The worker taking my order kept on saying so rudely “ok that’s it? Ok that’s it?” before even finishing my order. Be nicer to the costumers. And he still messed up my order. Had he calmly listened, this wouldn’t be the case. I asked for a sleeve for my cup to one of the worker and he said ask the other worker for it who was busier than him. You are the employee there, and you need to serve the costumers. The staff here really need training on how to deal with costumers and be polite to them. Have patience when it gets busier.
Hi this morning (March 9/2024) I went drive through to get my coffee and bagel to this location (152 west drive and queen st) girl took order and went to window she took Cash and gave me coffee and making bagel . ready bagel she is holding in wrapping paper but it wasn't wrapped before she gave me my bagel she stop at cash register and taking another order with bagel exposed for any droplets from her mouth . she wrapped after taking orders gave me my order without Napkins .so I knocked on windows for few napkins .she said some bad word in her language which I couldn't get through .i asked is anything wrong for asking for napkins she closed the window. bad morning start todayshe didn't open the window and I left with few bad word towards window and want to workbad service for sure
