I went to this Tim Hortons today to get a coffee (March 27) and I waited in line for 10 min with 1 customer in front of me. After waiting in line no one was serving and the employees are talking and laughing in the back while the customers are waiting. I had to go ask if someone was going to serve us and someone finally came and he spoke very rudely. I have never experienced such bad service and rude behaviour. This is for morning shift ladies around 8:30. One them took my order, confirmed and when i got to the window to get it they tried to give me wrong which i refused and then i repeated my order. They tried to portray it was my mistake and i didn’t place the order and i told them that i confirmed it and even had someone corrected it a little miss. This is the worst Tim Hortons! HORRIBLE PLACE. SO SLOW and they ignore the customers in line waiting to order. The only reason I go here is because it is close. Takes 15 minutes or longer to get a coffee. They give you the wrong order and they are always out of bacon or chicken!
