On Thursdays January 11, 2024 at around 5:20am in the morning I purchased a large coffee and a cheese biscuit for my wife through their drive-thru. When my wife picked up the coffee, the cup split on the seam and spilled all over the console of her car. She was pretty upset and asked me to call. Yesterday, I visited Tim Hortons and purchased a coffee. As a former employee, I'm familiar with their coffee expiring system. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was lukewarm and didn't taste good. When I asked for a replacement, the employee complied without argument, but the second cup was even colder than the first. This experience left me disappointed, especially since I was running late for work. Overall, I would give Tim Hortons 2 stars for this subpar experience.
