I ordered everything Begal with hash brown and French vanilla. But when I went to place my order by drive throw, the staff didn’t added hash brown in my order. I left because was getting late for my work. But when I checked the receipt I paid for hashbrown. Their service is very bad and staff do not take orders carefully. This is my third time they charged me but not made complete order. I think manager should look after it.

I ordered a turkey sandwich without the bacon in the drive-thru. I haven't eaten pork in over a decade.They put bacon on my sandwich, went to get it exchanged, and the girl picked the bacon off and gave me the sandwich back. The sandwich tasted salty, and i couldn't eat it.This mistake happens to me often, but when i get a new sandwich, the bread is warm from the fresh toast, the sandwich that was returned to me was not hot.Your employees saying sorry doesn't address the mindset of the way they work/perform.If someone hasn't eaten pork in decades, the least that can be done to fix your mistake is a new sandwich.If i do return, I'll be adamantly looking behind the counter when this mistake is undoubtedly made again.

Had very bad experience with staff, her name was manpreet . She was taking order and being very rude. I told her at window to listen Atleast what customer want to say. She was being adamant and repeatedly saying she didn’t listen. If you didn’t listen atleast apologise and talk nicely. Pathetic service by manpreet.

Yesterday, I visited Tim Hortons and purchased a coffee. As a former employee, I'm familiar with their coffee expiring system. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was lukewarm and didn't taste good. When I asked for a replacement, the employee complied without argument, but the second cup was even colder than the first. This experience left me disappointed, especially since I was running late for work. Overall, I would give Tim Hortons 2 stars for this subpar experience.

As a regular client went there this morning at 6:19 a.m. It was a drive through order. The person who was taking the order was so confused. I ordered egg and cheese on an English muffin. She said, let me check and came after few moments and the eggs are not ready and said it will take 30 seconds. Not sure what the confusion was. I received my order. However, it was frustrating the way it was communicated. I had a coffee and hash brown too. In the morning we have to go through this kind of experience. I had pretty uncomfortable experiences before too. Even though there was no customer behind me, they were rushing me out saying “next customer, next customer”. Seems like they are in a hurry. Later, I found out there is no napkins. These are frastrating experiences. Please train your employees better to be able to properly communicate. Thank you.
